PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

This aspect of our business covers the following activities:

• preparation of legal opinions and studies with regard to the public procurement law,
• representation of bidders and potential bidders in public procurement procedures, including preparation of letters of appeal to NCA and complaints to courts, as well as representation before courts,
• preparation of consortium agreements
